The general introduction of candle filters from Zonel Filtech:
The Candle filter from Zonel Filtech is a kind of pressure filter, the feeding port from lower side of the filter vessel, the solid particles be collected at the surface of the filter element and the filtrate go out from the inner core of the filter element to filtrate tank.
The operating procedures include: solution feeding, initial filtrate recycling, filtrate quality checking, filtration, cake washing and air blowing squeezing, reverse air blowing cake release, if the particles specific gravity higher, bottom side of the vessel may accumulate the slurry, then bottom size may design with filter board to help dry the slurry and help to handle the residual well.
The candle filter combined with filter tank, filter element plus filter sleeves, filtrate flow system, air wash and air squeeze system, reverse blow cake release system, cake discharge set, control cabinet and support shelf, etc.
The candle filter is operated in the sealing tank provide the safe operating environment, can be design to operation automatically, compact modularized structure, save the maintenance works, can be design to meet various industrial conditions and with the wide range of applications.

a. The candle filters from Zonel FIltech with big flow volume, can filter directly, or coated first with cake filtration to improve the filter efficiency, widely used for cake recycling, liquid concentrating applications, and the cake can be washed before recycle them, with a much higher purity.
