Product Description

General introduction:
The magnetic filter also called strong magnet iron remover, which combined with several permanent magnetic rods with the special designed magnetic circuit, when the liquid passing by, the iron particles (0.5~60 micron) or other tiny magnetic objects in the polluted solution will be absorbed on the magnetic rods so as to clean the liquid according to the design or requirements.

The magnetic rods number:as usual designed with 5~18 rods, special quantity can be customized.
Magnetic intensity: 8000~12000 gauss for option
Flow rate: 5~30CMH, special flow rate can be customized
Service temperature: normal application 80 degree C, maximum is 300 degree C, design according to client's requirements. (without special requirements, the design will according to normal occasion)
Service pressure: 0.6~1.2MPa can be customized.
